How do you complain against the Misdelivery of Letters?

Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that I have not receiving my letters regularly for the few weeks.  This has obviously become a cause of a great inconvenience to me. Lately I discovered that most of the letters addressed to my firm at 2, N.S L.Road, Vivekananda Nagar, Tamluk had been delivered at the Vivekananda Nagar High School.  I think , this is due to some short of confusion on the part of someone in the post office.
I hope, you will kindly look into the matter and necessary steps for the delivery of my letters at the right address.
