Request for removing garbage from our locality

Respected Sir,
I beg respectfully to bring to your kind notice the following facc for favour of you investigation and prompt action.
Huge heaps or garbage and rubbish are remaining uncollected in our locality for a week or so. So long the garbage and rubbish used to be removed regularly by the municipal trucks. But for the last six or seven days no efforts have been made for removing  them away . As a result bad smell is coming out from this heaps and has made the road and lanes unfit for use. We have brought the matter to the notice of the local commissioner,but no fruitful is yet to be seen.

I,therefore,  beg the favour of your taking proper steps so that the accumulated heaps of garbage are removed immediately from our locality in the best interest of public health and hygiene.
