How to write to the General Manager of Eastern Railway to stop ticketless travel

Sir,
I like to draw your attention to drainage of public money and the loss being incurred by the railways for the ticketless travelling. Ticketless travel has become so rampant that the bona-fide passengers have to suffer often at the hands of the ticketless travellers. They occupy most of the seats while the passengers with valid tickets have to keep standing all the way. The ticket- examiners should be more vigilant specially at the exits of two major stations - Howrah and Sealdah. Off and on mobile - checking at the various stations may give the railways some fruitful results. But my suggestions is that railways should strengthen frequent ticket checking in local trains. This may save us from menace of ticketless travel.
