Respected Sir,
I have received the electric bill for the month of November and December on 7.1.2019 . I am sorry to tell you that the amount of this bill is much higher than what I normally pay.
However, I have already paid the bill. Now I am requesting you to make a proper enquiry into this matter and to adjust and deduct the amount that may be found to be in excess of what is to be normally charged ,to or from my next bill.
I hope that the complaint will be properly dealt with and the needful will be done.
