Notice Writing 2019- School Magazine

Your school is going to publish its Annual Bilingual Magazine. Suppose you are the student editor of the magazine sub-committee. Write a notice inviting contribution from the Student:

It is hereby notified that the annual bilingual magazine of the school will be published in this year too just after the summer vacation. The students are, therefore, requested to submit their articles to the undersigned by the 20th may at the latest. Articles should be written either in Bengali or in English.Essays, stories etc. should not exist 300 words and poems should not exist the limit of 100 words. 

All should be written on one side of fullscape paper in legible handwriting. Looking forward to your active cooperation,
