Tsunami Relief Fund- Notice Writing (Common Type)

       Tsunsmi Relief Fund Raising

The students of this school are hereby notified that our school has planned to raise a relief fund to help the Tsunami affected of (name of country, state or place ).These people have lost their homes and other belongings .They suffer from untold suffering.

So,the students are requested to contribute  (you may use 'GIVE' instead of 'CONTRIBUTE') money to the undersigned  (name of the RECEIVER like class techer,respective class monitor, Relief fund etc.) On or before 21st feb.  (give last time & date).
The amount raised from such contribution will go to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
