by me. They are of old editions and they will not serve my purpose. So l am returning
them to you
Please replace the books of latest edition by return of post.

Note : Messers is not used before Impersonal title of a Company. Hence 'Messers
Mondal & Sons' etc. is right but 'Messers New Central Book Agency' is wrong. It
should be only 'New Central Book Agency'.

Note1:
In replying to a business letter, always quote the number of reference ( if any) and the date of the letter you are answering. If a clerk sign a business letter on behave of his employer,  he puts the letter p.p.  before the name of the company and write his own name below or above that

Note.2:
In American style the Leave-taking and Signature are used in left hand side but in the British style these are used in right hand side.
