My dear Raju,
I have learnt from newspapers that malaria has broken out in an epidemic form  in and around your area . The State Government and Municipal authorities have expressed dero concern about it and have taken possible precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease. But the number of deaths in malignant malaria has reached such an alarming position that we are very much anxious for you and your family.
You know that this disease spreads through mosquitoes and sometimes it may cause death. To fight against the spread of this disease the citizens themselves should take proper care. Keep your surrounding clean. Mosquitoes breed in stagnant water.  See that there is no stagnant water in and around your house. Always use mosquito nets when you sleep at night.  Moreover, whenever you suffer from fever with high-temperature consult a doctor immediately.
